This depends on the chosen package and is generally anything from 2 weeks to 3 months. Timelines will be discussed at the start of projects and we can try our best to meet tight deadlines, although it’s important not to rush the process. I aim to give you as long as you need to consider logo design concepts and come back with feedback.

We have four levels of branding packages to make sure we’re catering to a range of budgets and needs. We also offer the brand intensive as separate standalone package. We know it can be tough as a start-up investing money into something which isn’t really making you money yet! However from experience, starting with a good foundation makes life much easier in the long run.

All our packages include two options for mood-boards and colour palettes and three full logo suites to give you plenty of choice. If you’d like to know more details about what we offer, fill in the enquiry form and we’d love to hear from you.

We love hearing ideas you already have, so absolutely encourage you to share these with us! We’re happy to incorporate ideas, providing they feel like the right decision for the target audience and we’ll always be there to share our professional opinion on anything design related. No one knows your brand better than you, so your thoughts are always valuable to the process.

We never plagiarise from other creatives though, so please don’t ask us to exactly replicate another logo design – it’s much cooler to be original!

Although we try to nail the concept first time round, but we absolutely don’t expect this to be the case every-time, which is why there are two free rounds of amendments included to your chosen concept. If you’ve got any thoughts at the refinement stage, I’m always happy to jump on a call to chat through amendments and establish a plan of action. Creating something you love is incredibly important to us, so if for any reason there’s elements you’d like to change, please let us know.

In order to book a project with us, we take a 50% deposit payment which will secure the time in our diary and then the final payment will be due prior to providing your final files, once everything is signed off and ready to go!

We can offer payment plans with multiple instalments for our larger packages.

We also send over a contract to sign before the project starts so it’s clear exactly what you’ll receive during your project.

Yes! We have lots of clients who have rebooked us for extra collateral, social templates or even brands for second businesses once their branding was complete.

If we’ve designed your branding in the past, you are always a priority. We put aside hours in the month to make sure any requests for print or digital assets are quoted for and looked after as soon as possible. We love it when clients come back to us after they’ve launched their new branding for more projects!

For branding, we only work on full brand identities, purely because we feel colours, fonts and a logo suite are essential to building a successful brand! Our Base Brand package features the essentials including one Primary logo, one brand mark, typography pairings and a brand board (and of course the three options for the logo suite) which we think is a great base to start as a new business or small business rebrand.

Once your project is completed and final payment has been processed, you will receive a link via email to access and download all your files. We ALWAYS recommend saving a backup to another device just incase – because sometimes life happens and theres nothing worse than looking back and wishing you’d made a copy of something!

We try our best to keep all branding work on file for as long as possible, however can’t make any guarantees we can resupply artwork if it is lost or overwritten.

We have a number of options for branding packages each tailored to suit different levels of budget and we are able to quote for bespoke marketing materials depending on the scope of your project. As a guideline, our brand identity packages start from £1250.

We typically book projects around one month ahead of their start dates, however we supply the questionnaire at the point of booking so there’s plenty of time to be filling that in. Be sure to plan ahead if you’re looking to launch your brand in a few months time as you’ll also need time to be able to implement anything we create digitally and in print.
